So, why is our blog taking up space in the Blogosphere? What is it’s mission? purpose? Good questions to tackle for my 2nd official entry!

When I was growing up, my Dad was known to be a bit of a “List Man” - He would create lists for every task and topic you could possibly imagine. When we went on road trips as a family the lists came out in Full Force: “Underwear - Check, Toothpaste - Check” and so on so forth. It was kind of a running joke in our family of my Dad’s obsession with lists. Yet, as they say, the fruit doesn’t fall far from the Tree, so here is a “list” of at least 10 things you can expect to see from this Blog:

1. Discussion and reviews on cutting edge trends and technologies in the Internet Marketing Space.

2. Features on web businesses that are a cut above the rest in their eMarketing Innovation. I am always amazed at the “out of the box” creative marketing ideas that certain web companies are using to promote their business and remain competitive - We will pay tribute to those “Creative Brain Surges” on this Blog.

3. Weighing in on “Hot News” that is shaping and redefining the Industry. We will drill down into the many different topics within Online Marketing such as Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Blog and Viral Marketing, Mobile Media, social networking and so much more.

4. Discussion on the emerging outsourcing trends taking shape in Internet Marketing. We will give a commentary on the “Flattening of Our World” and how globalization is affecting the way ebusiness get done.

5. Tips and insights on how to make outsourcing work for your web business.

6. Success stories from our members as it relates to the growing outsourcing and freelancing movement in Online Marketing.

7. Humorous anecdotes on shared experiences and mistakes while navigating this ever changing Internet Marketing Landscape.

8. Recommended resources to aid in your outsourcing activities or ebusiness endeavors as a whole.

9. Predictions on the new directions we might expect to see in the Internet Marketing Space in 2007 and beyond.

10. Rants and Raves on whatever might be hitting my hot button that week!

So there you have it. The list is not exhaustive and will likely continue to expand, but in a nutshell, we will marry the topics of Outsourcing, Freelancing and Internet Marketing into one big happy family. I am excited about the journey together and greatly look forward to your honest feedback and comments on our various posts!
