Creating the Right Web 2.0 Design For Your Site

As of late, I have been in hot pursuit of a new designer that had a proven track record in building compelling and effective Web 2.0 Designs. For those that are still getting acquainted with Web 2.0, a Web 2.0 design would involve a simple, yet bold design with strong (even bright) colors, larger text and cool icons and images. Well, it is probably much easier for me to show you then tell you.. Check out these cool Web 2.0 sites: Joost.com, ijigg.com, and skype.com.

In my Web 2.0 Design research, I came across an excellent guide to Web 2.0 Design that is definitely worth a read! It was very helpful in outlining some of the graphical elements and well as format and navigation styles currently used with Web 2.0 sites.

Even if you are not a designer like myself, this is a good read to inform you on some of the elements you would like your Outsourced Design Team to incorporate into your site re-design!
