As I have mentioned in a previous post, I love cool little time-saving tools to help streamline my ability to gather the information I need or want quickly! In this new Web 2.0 world, there are no shortages of nifty widgets and tools that serve the main purpose of saving you time and simplifying your efforts.

Not sure if you have been using Sputtr.com or not, but this meta-search web app esssentially provides a one-stop solution for searching the major Search Engines, Social Media and News Sites, Popular Wikis, Videos, Photosharing sites and even shopping portals like ebay and amazon.com.

I particularly lke the breakdown in Google search, by blogs, video, images, maps etc…… This tool presents a nice prelude to the Google’s up and coming Universal Search!

Sputtr.com is ridiculously simple and easy to use - love the big web 2.0ish icons - nice work!
