Leveraging the Potential of Optimized Press Release Services

As I mentioned in a previous post, my experience with running Online Press Release campaigns has been extremely positive from an SEO perspective. In my previous post, The Power of Press Releases in your SEO Campaigns, I mentioned how the optimized Press Release Services through PRweb helped us to gain a top 10 Google listing for one of our keywords in a span of about two-three weeks as well as multiple top 20 keywords.

While PRweb is certainly at the top of the rung when it comes to Online Press Releases Services, we have also seen good results when we ran a follow-up Press Release campaign to approxmately 20 other Press Release Sites. They provided many quality back-links, which ultimately improved our rankings for our targeted keywords. To give you an example, one of our keywords had dropped from 9th placement to 12th (2nd page) on Google. However, after running this 2nd Press Release campaign to 20+ sites, the ranking jumped back up to 8th place, which was great to see!

I would recommend first running a Prweb campaign and then about 7-14 days later, follow it up with a secondary campaign using 20 of the below PR sites. Many of these sites are free to list with a few charging nominal fees - definitely worth the small expense.

Here are the sites:

One last thing…I would save yourself some time and just outsource the optimized press release services to an expert. I would highly recommend using Arun Agrawal, a Press Release and SEO Specialist - he is excellent to work with!
